Uganda and Honduras

This is the heartbeat of our ministry and one of the main reasons for our being.  The ability to give Hope  to the hopeless and actually be able to change a persons life forever with eternal ramifications is a very uplifting and energizing feeling.  Hope, Love and Peace are all words not often heard in these parts of the world and being able to not only speak of these but also to show the meaning is a whole new experience that lights-up a person like never seen before. 
    
We are now working with over 21 orphanages in over 10 providences in Uganda helping over 10,500 children per month.  For only $25.00 per month we can feed 5 children, a small amount for such a large return.  Taking children away from the bondages of depression and hopelessness is what we are doing on an daily basis by pulling them, as young as 4, away from working 8 - 10 hours in a gravel pit just to earn pennies a day so they can try to survive.  Finding the means and way necessary to feed, clothe and shelter these needy children is what Christ has commanded each of us to do.  Either by large amounts or by small it doesn't matter.  As long as it is with a cheerful heart and an obedient mind, Christ is always faithful to find a way.  All He needs is a willing vessel for Him to use take the example of the boy who had the loaves and fishes only until he gave  them to Christ was Christ able to feed the five thousand.  Imagine what He can do with our bread today.  Be a part of the world harvest today and plant whatever seed God has asked you to($25 = 5 children, $50 = 10 children and $100 = 30 children per month) and He promises to bless you  pressed down and shaken together will the return on your investment come back.

In Honduras our "Church's for Christ"  project is helping small villages and towns that can not afford to build their own churches. Having a permanent 36 x 48 metal structure of their own allows these people to feel like a family, a church family, a place to call their own.  By doing this we are able to show the people of Honduras that Christ is more than just words but He is actions. By providing this symbol of Hope, people are being changed and giving their lives over to Christ and then sharing their new found Hope with others.  Helping change entire villages by just one symbol of Hope.  You ask how can we do this?  With your help by faithfully giving and planting a seed of faith, we are able to purchase the land and build the building for only $20,000.00, once again a small price for such a large return. Some may ask, what does this really do? The answer… everything.  By providing for the simple need of belonging and showing these people that we, through Christ, care enough to give this symbol of Hope speaks loader than most any words we may say.  Not only by providing the church but also the pastor and staff to each of these villages insures the fact that we are building and maintaining a healthy Christian family.  Be a part, plant a seed and watch the harvest be reaped.
